Eastern courtyard in 1929, 1929 Canvas Print

In the foreground are the medal cabinets. Behind it the exterior of the room from the Hoogerhuis in Amstersfoort, which was demolished in 1879, built and inhabited by Jacob van Campen and the Hindelooper room. In the background, at the top right of the photo, a large ship's lantern can be seen. Eastern part of the courtyard seen to the southwest, before the renovation of 1931-1933. The main intervention was the construction of a depot cellar, for which the floor arrow had to be lowered by about a meter. Blind niches are visible in the background at the level of the first floor. Top right consoles and part of the hood in sight.
