Eight-lobed porcelain teapot, painted on the glaze in blue, red, yellow, green, black and gold. The eight-lobed abdomen is divided into compartments by means of vertical ribs. On the abdomen on one side a prunus by a rock, on the other side a peony red. The spout and ear with leaf vines. The lid with a prunus by a rock and a flying bird. Chip in the spout. Old label on the underside with 'Collection Westendorp/ 127'. Arita, Kakiemon style.
