Execution by hanging by order of Alva of the provost Hans de Greef, alias Spell of Spelleken in Brussels, 11 February 1570. On the right, Spell kisses one of his employees. In the middle, Spell hangs from the gallows with his verdict (sentencie) on the chest. On the left, another of his employees is being flogged. This is the original large still uncut plate of no. 119. Without caption but with title and inscription of 5 lines in German.
