Folding fan with sheet of paper on which a copper engraving with a coloured image where two men and three ladies in costumes are depicted in the centre; the ladies on the right, sitting or standing by a table with a green sheet, the gentlemen standing on the left. The scene resembles a terrace and is against a blue-green background in gouache. On either side four reddish-pink flowers and floral motifs in gold paint. The handcoloured copper engraving on the back of the magazine shows a man in costume inspired by the Middle Ages; in his right hand he holds the rein of a white horse standing behind him; opposite him a woman who fills a jug with water with one hand and points to the man with the other; at the edge of the image: F.C. No. 608. The frame is made of turtle or horn, openwork and has 18 non-contiguous legs. The disc at the closing pin and the closing pin are made of copper.
