Oval lacquered copper plaque with on the lower half the portrait bust of Gustavus Adolf with head to the right. He has a balding head, a mustache and aik. He wears a richly decorated cloak with a square collar, on which a sash diagonally over his right shoulder. The inscription and portrait are golden.
