Evening gown of tulle decorated with wrinkled strips trimmed with 'rouleaux' of satin. 'Coeffure' decorated with a double-bowed ribbon of tulle by Mr Mulot, pupil and successor of Mr. Guillaume. Further accessories: earrings, long gloves, impeller, flat shoes with crossed bands and square noses. Figure in the same gown, seen on the back. The print is part of the fashion magazine Journal des Dames et des Modes, published by Pierre de la Mésangère, Paris, 1797-1839. Bound in with Le Petit Courrier des Dames. 15 January 1827 to 20 March 1830. Incomplete.
