Stove plate made of cast iron, divided into two zones. In the upper zone is an image of Abraham with a raised sword, ready to kill the kneeling Isaac in the lower right corner. The sword is stopped by a putto. Above that the year 1570 with in between a cartouche with a partly illegible inscription and the numbers 22, a reference to the book of the Bible, from which this representation is derived (Genesis 22). At the very top in back tilting italics the inscription ABRAHAM. In the lower zone a grid of horizontal lines. The whole is closed on the sides with decorated pillars.
