Panel with tympanian-shaped attachment, decorated with medallion with a garland on either side and a bow on top. The whole is enclosed by a profiled frame. The frame is decorated with garlands. These decorations are inlaid with mother-of-pearl, as well as the lines that mark the columns on the board. Centrally the inscription in gilded letters. The names of the chiefs of Deshima with years, the numbers of ships are also gilded.
