Terrine with lid of painted porcelain. The terrine has two volute-shaped ears topped by a woman's head, with a gilded acanthus leaf in relief at the bottom. The lid ends in an artichoke. Terrine and lid are decorated with two Höroldt chinoiseries on consoles consisting of band, leaf and mesh with palmettes in gold. Under the mouth edge runs a relief band. The base is decorated with band, leaf and net and palmettes in gold. The terrine is marked.
