The mechanism of the lock is mounted outwards against an iron plate which in turn is attached to a gold-plated yellow copper lock case, the left side of which, which also acts as a (detachable) screw plate, is engraved with praise in rococo style, a banderol in the Louis XVI style and an oval medallion with an award-winning man's head and profile; a loop-shaped trigger bracket is screwed to the lock box; on top of the lock cabinet is praise work engraved and a signature. The barrel can be unscrewed; encased in a circular wooden sleeve with yellow copper collars at both ends. The iron flask is detachable and at the same time serves as an air reservoir; the cob neck is provided with a yellow copper collar; the cheeks are reinforced with a separately coiled iron plate; a rod is soldered to the soldered iron flask cap to set up the feed during pumping.
