The top frame: woman to the right in a striped demi redingote with matching skirt. Around the neck a fichu. Accessory information: hat with two feathers, belt, walking stick, shoes with heels. The lower frame: two women's busts: right: bonnet consisting of two pleated layers, decorated with flowers; left: a cauchoise of linen. The print is a copy after Pl.1 and Pl. 2 of the 29th Cahier, 2nd année, from the series Magasin des Modes Nouvelles Françaises et Anglaises. The two prints were copied in mirror image on one sheet in the copy edition by J.J. Tuttot, Liège (Liège), of Nov. 1786 to Nov. 1787. His magazine appeared briefly under the same name.
