Sheet with four oval representations, each with inscription in Latin and caption in Latin and French: upper left Mary crowned by God and Christ in the presence of the Holy Spirit, at the top right Christ dying on the cross, at the bottom left the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove above Mary and the apostles, at the bottom right Christ ascending above his disciples to heaven. This print is part of a series of prints depicting the saints and the Christian holidays of the year. There are always four scenes of one plate printed on one sheet. Including the accompanying title page and frontispiece, there are a total of 124 records (490 performances). The three slides with the last 12 scenes (the changeable Christian holidays) have been cut into 12 small pictures in the third state, and published with a separate title page.
