Golden cup with loose, wide bell-shaped lid (without button). The lid, the underside of the head, the shaft and the foot richly engraved with leaf motifs and decorated with white and black enamel. On the top of the lid is in enamel a lion climbing to the left (coat of arms of Holland). The headline features a continuous frieze in colored enamel showing the events of the Tour to Chatham, from June 20-23, 1667. The performance begins with the attack on the fort of Sheerness ('Shirnasse'). Signed, marked, inscription. Cup donated to Lieutenant-Admiral De Ruyter on 7 November 1667.
