Around the center of the bell-shaped cup runs a profiled band, including an engraved coat of arms with helmet sign and tarpaulins: the field intersected of gold and throat; the golden field laden with three black crows, 2 and 1 placed. The throat field laden with a scepter and a flail, crossed according to the direction of the St. Andrew's Cross. On either side of the coat of arms the following verses are engraved: "Men zegt de Molen grindt // En draait met alle winden // Dat rijkelijk o Vrinden // Uw zorg en sweat pays // T Geluk dat fickle Den stervling biet den rug // Dan streelt en dan weer stug" and "Draait ook en keert gedurig // Maar be thou eensgezint; Will give each one his own; Then all your life runs // Happiness you win for the day.
