Arrangement of the Night Watch in front of the western wall in the Rembrandt Room. The Night Watch is placed on an elevation and in front of a curtain wall. The raveel construction of the skylight consists of composite iron beams, which are supported by four marble columns with karyatids. The frieze, the cornice, the cove and the karyatids were provided with decorative paintings, but were whitewashed in 1925.
