Standing woman dressed in a tulle gown embroidered with silk, trimmed with foliage of satin. The bodice is made of tulle and satin. On the head a turban, on the back a silver -colored (hair) net, decorated with 'gaze argentée' (lame?). Further accessories: earrings, necklace, long gloves, impeller. Next to her sits a woman on a tabouret, seen on the back, dressed in the same gown. Print from the fashion magazine Nouveau Journal des Dames, Paris, from 5 July 1821 to the end of December 1821. From January 1822 to 1868 the fashion magazine was entitled: Petit Courrier des Dames.
