Standing woman dressed in a short-sleeved gown. On the head a turban. Both are made of tulle and cashmere, decorated with 'chefs' (piping?) and fringes of gold. Further accessories: long gloves, striped flat shoe with bow. On the right, a woman sitting at a piano, seen on her back, dressed in the same gown. Print from the fashion magazine Nouveau Journal des Dames, Paris, from 5 July 1821 to the end of December 1821. From January 1822 to 1868 the fashion magazine was titled: Petit Courrier des Dames.
