Cylindrical lid of egg-shaped lidded jar of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue. Covered with 'crackled ice' with horse-carved lotus vines and pearls. Coming from the 'Hatcher jonk' which perished about 1645. A chip in the lid. Transitional sporeselein in blue-white.
