Pattern drawing in red ink for a damask tablecloth, in 4 parts, A to D. Parts A and B fit together in two ways and show the angle/edge pattern of slightly stylized long, wavy twigs with fuchsia flowers, buds and leaves. On part B several times the monograms R.I.L. (Royal Interocean Lines) and R.I.L. D, and the numbers 63, 65, 4, 5 and 6 to form years. Part C is a partial repetition of the border pattern, performed in a darker color of red. Part D is the pattern for the midfield, with loose flowers and leaves, with lots of arrows and weaving directions in pencil. This part does not fit in with the other parts. Design 501.
