The Dutch Virgin in the clouds with portrait busts of King William I, General Chassé, the Prince of Orange and Prince Frederick. In the background the burning Citadel. Through the representation ribbons with inscriptions from which it has acquired the shape of a pentagon, like the plan of the Citadel.
