Photo album in band lined with cotton and printed with geometric pattern in black and purple. Printed in gold letters at the top right: Machinefabriek Braat Soerabaia-Djocja-Tegal. The album contains 17 sheets of brown cardboard on which a total of 44 black and white photos have been pasted (the photo on page 31 is missing). Under the photos inscriptions printed in gold letters. The photographs show different subjects from the period ca. 1916-1924, the album itself probably composed in 1924. More than a third of the photos relate to the sugar industry. A small number of photos show different transports or construction works.
