Photo album in green-black linen band with the title in gold print and embossed on the front cover. The flyleaves are made of beige paper. On the first flyleaf a name is written by hand: D. Wentholt. The album contains 12 sheets with 23 photos in passe-partouts and 1 separately found print. They were made during the Second Boer War (1899-1902), mainly in the years 1899/1900, of refugees, men, prisoners of war, victims, equipment and destruction.
