In the corner of the hall overlooking a display cabinet in which the Chinese porcelain of the Drucker collection is exhibited. To the left of the cabinet hangs a pastel of Liotard depicting a portrait of Monsieur de Boère. The wall is covered with a Chinese wallpaper. The hall, the so-called 'Rotterdam dome portal', formed the connection between the Fragmentengebouw and the Drucker extension. Work in the Drucker extension in 1923: completion of the renovation of the Rotterdam Louis XV- dome. The staircase has been made fainter and five display cases have been made for exhibiting Chinese porcelain. The panelling, panelling and dessous-de-portes were manufactured under the supervision of the acting architect Jos Cuypers. This space was reopened on July 17, 1923.
