Under the portrait on the pedestal a bas-relief with an allegorical scene. In that scene Eternity, with an Ouroboros in his hand, hands a woman with a coat of arms and freedom hat a flower. Behind them the All-Seeing Eye. Around the pedestal in the foreground a coat of arms and attributes belonging to the truth (mirror and snake) and the jurisprudence (balance).
