Eleanor of Aragon is three quarters to the left and with the head in profile depicted against a flat background, enclosed on three sides by a frame with flat leaf motif and at the bottom by a smooth frame, on which her name; HELIONORA DIA. On her head she wears a cloth pinned to a hood, which is trimmed with balls, covers the neck and releases the forehead and part of the hair. Her 'velvet' rug with puffed sleeves shows a pomegranate motif. Underneath a second rug and a shirt with a decorated edge. Around the neck a chain, to which a ribbon with diamond-shaped pendant. In it is a hole for an ornamental stone (?).
