Shah Suleiman (1666-1694) is depicted up to the hips, half to the right, with a sword in the right hand and his left hand on his dagger inserted into the goldel. Sheet 47 in the 'Witsen-Album', with 49 Indian miniatures of monarchs. Above the portrait is a piece of paper pasted with the name in Persian. Below the portrait is a piece of paper pasted with the name of Shah Abbas II in Portuguese, but the portrait represents Shah Suleiman.
