Roemer with the coats of arms of the Seven Provinces, anonymous, c. 1675 - c. 1700 Canvas Print

Konische, from a wear spun foot. Deeply inserted soul with pontil brand. The trunk, which is occupied with four rows of flat blackberry studs, is blown as a whole with the curved calyx. The transition from the trunk to the calyx is indicated by a ribbed edge. On the chalice the crowned coats of arms of the Seven Provinces are engraved, interconnected by ribbons. Above each coat of arms is the name of the province in question. The upper edge is trimmed with a stylized tendril with rosette-shaped flowers, the lower edge with flower branches, butterflies and an eagle.
