Room 225 with early Amsterdam school in 1924, 1924 Canvas Print
Wall with early 17th century Amsterdam masters. The regent's piece in the middle of the wall, represent the administrators of the Leprozenhuis, painted in 1624 by Werner van Valckert. In room 225, mainly Northern Dutch painters are shown, mostly Hagenaars, who mark the transition period from the 16th century to the 17th century. The paintwork in the cabinets was brought into line with the nature of the paintings. On 8 March 1924, three rooms were completed, in which the early Amsterdam painters from Nic's time were completed. Elias, the early Haarlem masters from around 1630 and a collection of Amsterdam works of art from the van der Helst area are housed.
