Sheet with four oval representations, each with inscription and date in Latin: top left the Saint Luke the Evangelist painting a portrait of Mary, top right the Saint Lucian who is attacked by a man with a scyth, at the bottom left of Saint Irene of Portugal who is murdered with a sword, at the bottom right of Saint Hilarion the Great as a hermit in the wilderness. This print is part of a series of prints depicting the saints and the Christian holidays of the year. Four scenes of one record are printed on one sheet. Including the accompanying title page and frontispiece, a total of 124 records (490 performances) are involved. The three records with the last 12 scenes (the changing Christian holidays) have been cut to 12 small pictures in the third state, and published with a separate title page.
