Bowl of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze blue, red and turquoise. On the shelf a medallion in the shape of a hoo-bird. The inner wall with three pearl-chasing dragons (chilong). The outer wall with three times a stylized flower vine. Marked on the underside with the Chinese six-character mark of emperor Chenghua in a circle. Old label on the underside with 'collection Westendorp/ 117'. Four proenes on the underside. Kakiemon style.
