A soldier, at his feet, who holds a musket (a certain type of firearm) by his mouth with both hands and blows over it, in order to get any gunpowder that may have fallen outside the pan (the powder reservoir) off it. In his left hand in addition to the barrel of the musket also a furket (musket fork) and a burning fuse, c. 1645. Printed on back with text in French.
