Statue of the prince in armor with spear and freedom hat and privileges of the people, behind him the Dutch Lion. On the left a monument of Justice with the weapons of the seven provinces, on the right a triumphal chariot of Freedom that crushes tyranny under its wheels. In heaven the All-Seeing Eye. In the background, Het Loo Palace. On the sheet under the plate an explanation of the representation and a verse in two columns. The plate has a counterpart.
