Cartoon on the French counter-revolutionaries who intend to cross the Rhine to France, c. 1791. Procession of different groups, presented as fools and trolls, partly riding donkeys. The group is led on the left by Louis Francis II of Bourbon-Conti, the Prince of Condé, sitting on horseback, adorned with a papal tiara with feathers. The standard bearer for the procession is the abbé Jean-François-Ange d'Eymar. The drum bearing is Lodewijk René Eduard Cardinal de Rohan, nicknamed 'Cardinal Collier'. With legend 1-11, 21, 31 and 41.
