Political allegory of c. 1587 in which the Dutch Cow is milked by a Scotsman or Englishman (possibly the Count of Leicester), caught by a German (possibly Matthias of Austria or William of Orange), on a (broken) rope led away by a Frenchman (possibly the Duke of Anjou) while Philip II can only hold the tail. With caption of 4 verses of 4 lines in German, the last verse praises the Duke of Parma.
