The Hague fair held in 1686 at the Buitenhof, with the parading militia from the Noyelleshuis (later Vijverhof) to the left between the stalls over the market to the gate where salute shots are brought for the princely couple who watch from the window in the Stadhouderlijk Kwartier. On the right is the guard of the prince on horseback lined up in front of the Kaatsbaan and the Comedy. In the air two angels with the princely coat of arms of William III.
