Pallas is with a group of reformed monarchs including Maurits, the Duke of Brandenburg. In the background the complaining farmers of Gulik and Kleef. Wolfgang Willem of the Palatinate-Neuburg also has a role in the text. Taped under the representation a sheet with 5 columns of text in French.
