The personification of the War (Bellum) rides on a victory car pulled by four horses, in front a procession of personifications of various elements that precede the outbreak of war. From above comes a procession of heroes and famous Army commanders from the Old Testament. On the left the land and the sea ravaged by war. In the clouds the personification Victory (Victoria) with a laurel wreath. Elements in the performance indicated by numbers. In the cartouche at the top left a Latin text, printed on a separate plate under the print descriptions of the performance and the legends 1-36 in French and Dutch.
