Ceremonial transport by boat of the bust of Admiral Michiel de Ruyter, donated by Admiral J.H. van Kinsbergen to the Breeding School for the Zeevart in Amsterdam, 10 May 1819. The decorated sloop with the statue and a group of naval officers, preceded by two sloops with musicians and sailors, sails through the Keizersgracht at the Reguliersgracht. Spectators stand on the bridges and along the shore.
