Around the barrel are two engraved rings; the visor grain serves as a bayonet; at the top the barrel is stamped with an N, at the bottom there are two brands, HID and three circles in a triangle; the tromp says N.38. The stock is stamped on the right of the handle with the number 203 and on the left are cut initials, HC or HG. The iron fitting consists of four sliding barrel-haften, the lofwerk-cut tractor bracket and the steel loading stick with the stamp K.N.63.G.
