A Dutchman looks on approvingly. Cartoon on the dissolution of the Collegium Philosophicum in Leuven in 1829. Possibly also interpreted as a cartoon on the expulsion and expulsion of the Jesuits across Belgian borders in October and November 1828, which they had exceeded without leave, after leaving France.
