Allegory of the Peace of Aachen concluded on 18 October 1748 between the Allies (Republic, England and Austria) on the one hand and France, Prussia and Spain on the other. At the gate of the Dutch Garden are the personifications of peace and bravery, in front of the Temple of Peace stands the State Government with the Netherlands Lion. Outside the garden lie the defeated vices such as Eigenbaat, Nijd and Ignorance. On the sheet under the plate a verse and the legend 1-38 in a statement in three columns.
